Just ran a 5k with my wife before we head out for the day. I remember feeling exhausted for the whole day but now it‘s like ok, check, what are we doing now? Time and consistency are your friend. Amazing 🏃

Getting more into easy runs now. It‘s still hard to run slow (about 7:30 pace) but it‘s more enjoyable, healthier and it feels like I could go on forever. Which is what I need for the half marathon 🏃
