Getting more into easy runs now. It‘s still hard to run slow (about 7:30 pace) but it‘s more enjoyable, healthier and it feels like I could go on forever. Which is what I need for the half marathon 🏃

We went to cheer on a couple of friends at the Berlin Half Marathon today. A little cold but otherwise perfect conditions. Contemplating signing up for next year’s lottery 🏃
