Needle galaxy (NGC4565) is about 40 million ly away towards the constellation Coma Berenices. It is one of the best and brightest example of an edge-on spiral galaxy.

Got up early this morning to catch Comet 2025 R3 (PANSTARRS). There were clouds along the horizon but then the comet moved above the clouds. I could easily spot it with binoculars but not with naked eyes. It has such a long tail. Hope it survives its encounter with the Sun and puts on a good display in the evening sky.
